Dear prospective boys team charity Conejo Valley member,

Thank you for your interest in joining boys team charity (btc), which is a volunteer service organization dedicated to developing an altruistic spirit in young men through active participation of parents and sons in philanthropic projects in their community. We service families living in the following areas: Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village.

Hours Requirements:
Annual minimum philanthropy service hours requirements for both boy(s) and parent(s):
Grade 7, 8, & 9........................15 hours each
Grade 10, 11, & 12..................10 hours each
Annual minimum league hours requirements for both boy(s) & parent(s):
Grade 7-12.................6 hours minimum each (earned by attending general or grade level meetings)

Volunteer requirements: btc is a volunteer organization that is operated by parent volunteers. For each teammate (boy) in btc, a coach (parent) is required to serve in a volunteer role for at least three years. Each coach will be contacted in the late fall about the role for the next btc year. Please complete the interest form so that we know your areas of interest.

Financial Requirements: Each league has annual membership dues that are used to cover the costs of operating the league. Please contact the VP Membership (contact info will be provided to you at the end of this application) if you need specific league dues information.

Sponsorship: New btc members are sponsored by current btc members. If your son does not have a sponsor, we can try to help find a connection. Membership is reviewed on an annual basis and new btc members are selected by a random draw.

Thank you for your interest in btc. Our league's annual Membership Drive closes in March 2024. Please use the "Contact Us" tab for further membership inquiries.
